Açai bowl

Açai bowl

1 frozen banana
2 dl frozen forest berries
2-4 tsp açai powder or fresh
2 juicy dates
3 dl coconut milk or other

Top it with granola, almond or peanut butter, kakaonibs, and some fresh berries.

Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and run to a thick and creamy consistency. Pour the acai mixture to a bowl and garnish with the topping.

We would like to share the recipe for our wonderful signature Açai bowl.. Lots of berries in a thick and creamy consistency, almost like ice cream, have become the signature breakfast in our cafes. Especially in the summer, this is a favorite of mine. The acai berry from the Amazon fits like a glove with our own forest berries, which also offer lots of antioxidants.
