Raw Chocolate Bars

2,5 dl cacao butter

7 tbsp raw cacao

4 tbsp maple syrup or 4 tbsp ground coconut sugar

2 dl nut mix; hazelnuts, almonds, macadamias, cashews, peanuts (optional

1 tsp himalayan salt

How to: Gently melt the cacao butter using a water bath 2. Remove from heat and whisk in maple syrup, cacao powder & salt until smooth. Pour the chocolate in silicon moulds, ice cube tray, on a baking sheet or your preferred shape. Sprinkle the nuts on top. Place in therefrigerator or freezer until completely hardened. Store in the refrigerator or freezer to keep chocolates from melting.
