Raw Mango Cheesecake

Raw Mango Cheesecake

Crust:
2 dl oatmeal
2 dl almonds
10-15 juicy dates
1 tsp salt

Mango cream:
4 dl mango thawed or fresh
3 dl soaked cashews
2 dl coconut oil melted
3 tbs maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt

How to make the crust: 
Run everything in the food processor into a sticky dough. Squeeze into a cake tin.

Mango cream:
Run everything in the food processor into a smooth cream.

Alternative: Make this nut-free by replacing the almonds with 2 dl coconut mass at the bottom, and the cashews with 3 dl coconut cream in the filling.
