Chocolate Crisp Balls

About 12 pieces.

4 dl coconut mass or 2 dl coconut butter
14 juicy dates
4 tbs raw cacao powder
2 tbs coconut sugar
2 tbs agave syrup or fiber syrup
1 tsp finely ground coffee – beans
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla powder
Optional: 1 dl buckwheat, sprouted and dehydrated. This can be replaced with chopped nuts.
Coconut mass or cacao powder, for decoration

How to make them: If you have finished coconut butter, mix coconut butter and the rest of the ingredients, except buckwheat, in a food processor. If you do not have coconut butter in stock, run the coconut mass to butter in a fast mixer. It takes a few minutes, depending on the strength of the machine. Add the rest of the ingredients, except buckwheat, to a smooth and fine dough that can be rolled into balls. Mix in the buckwheat and shape the dough into balls of the desired size. Feel free to roll them in coconut mass or cocoa powder.

KETO option: Replace dates with runny almond butter and sugar with erythritol or xylitol.
