Gut Health & Mango Yoghurt

Mango Yoghurt

1 liter coconut milk (fat)
4 tbsp probioform (or 3 capsules of preffered probiotics)
10 dates
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
4 dl mango chunks

Mix all ingredients in a blender and set in the fridge overnight. Store it up to a week in the fridge. Enjoy <3

Ps. You can mix it up with replacing mango with other fruits or berries.
