The course will give you simple tools on how to make rawfood that you can eat for dessert, breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will get to taste and enjoy everything we make together and learn how you can treat yourself a little extra – without cutting the enjoyment of it! With simple recipes you will be able to create nutritious and heavenly treats that will cover all your needs when it comes to allergies o.l. Everything we make is free from gluten, white sugar, soy or milk. We also make some nut free alternatives!

You will get a recipe book, tasters and amazing offers on the cookbooks Rågodt & Kakeboka, our café shop and tips to ingredients we use in the baking process. Our talented baker Marthe and manager Kristina will guide you through this afternoon workshops on the best techniques on how to make raw cakes, treat and other snacks.
They will guide you through the following menu during the afternoon:
