This workshop is hosted at our Oslo Raw Frogner café. Gathered around our host that will demonstrate recipe with the use of equipment like food processor and blenders. You will have the opportunity to ask questions during the workshop, taste and enjoy everything that is made and learn how you can easily enjoy quality time a little extra in everyday life. The course is for you that want to learn recipes and tips on how to eat plant-based through a colourful day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Everything we make is free from gluten, white sugar, soy and milk. In addition to the demonstration of recipes, we will share basic principles about rawfood and how you can enjoy yourself into good health and wellness.
During the workshop you will get a recipe booklet, tasting and amazing offers on the cookbook Rågodt & Kakeboka. You will also get discounts at our Oslo Raw Shop which includes products like granola, parmesan, nutella and peanut butter. We will also hold some time after the course if you would like to ask more about rawfood, plant based food or lifestyle. So you are more than welcome to prepare some questions in advance.
The course is hosted by our talented baker Marthe, who has a long experience with plant-based food and baking. She has taken several coursed in rawfood and plant-based food in Oslo and London. 
This course is designed so you can learn to make plant-based dishes from morning to evening. We will start the course by focusing on recipes for breakfast, then for lunch and finishing off with our classic raw cakes.

NB* The course will approximately last for two hours, but it will probably go further into 2,5 hours – depending on the time for explaining the recipes and answering question during the workshop.
We recommend to meet up 20 minutes before the workshop starts. You will then be served a warm latte by your choice.
