*Raw cacao fact. This superfood is a natural hormone balancer that boosts your serotonin levels in the body. Cacao increases the serotonin level in the brain and impacts your overall mood, sleep and sexual drive.
Cacao also contains compounds that can lower your stress hormone cortisol. It also boosts your endorfines, a natural stress and pain relief hormone. If that wasn’t enough it contains the “love hormone” phenylethylamin, that increases mood focus and presentation.
